We made Omniwire's brand and website, so each buyer finds the right product and reaches the right team.
Omniwire builds fintech infrastructure that other companies run their payments on. Buyers arrive with detailed questions about what each product does and how it fits with what they already use. Here is what we built and why.
A schematic of the “Pick a line” contact page, drawn for this page. It is not a screenshot.
Here is the path a buyer takes on the new site.
Every step is there to get a buyer to the right product, and then to the right person, without an email asking where to go.
- STEP 1
They land on the page for the product they need.
WHY IT HELPSEach product has its own page that says what it does and who it is for, so nobody has to work out which part of the platform applies to them.
- STEP 2
If they are not sure which product fits, they answer a few questions.
WHY IT HELPSThe questions point each buyer to the right product, instead of leaving them to compare pages on their own.
- STEP 3
They open the contact page and pick a line.
WHY IT HELPS“Pick a line” asks what they want to do: build a product, get sandbox keys, partner with Omniwire, or get help as an existing customer.
- STEP 4
Their enquiry goes straight to the right team.
WHY IT HELPSSales, developers, partners and support each get the enquiries meant for them, so nobody has to forward a message before the buyer hears back.
We built six pieces, and each one helps a buyer get to the right place sooner.
Here is each piece and the reason for it.
- CHANGE 1 OF 6 · BRAND
A brand for a technical product
WHAT WE BUILTA brand that looks like the company Omniwire is now, used the same way on every page.
WHYTechnical buyers judge an infrastructure company by how it presents itself, long before they talk to anyone.
- CHANGE 2 OF 6 · DESIGN SYSTEM
One set of parts for every page
WHAT WE BUILTShared colours, type and components that every page is built from.
WHYNew pages look like they belong, and the team can add them without starting from scratch.
- CHANGE 3 OF 6 · PRODUCT PAGES
A page for each product
WHAT WE BUILTEach product has its own page that says what it does and who it is for.
WHYA buyer who needs one product should not have to read about all of them to find it.
- CHANGE 4 OF 6 · PRODUCT PICKER
Questions that point to the right product
WHAT WE BUILTBuyers who are not sure answer a few questions and are shown the product that fits.
WHYIt saves a sales call that would only have been spent working out which product to talk about.
- CHANGE 5 OF 6 · SWITCHBOARD
A contact page that asks what you need
WHAT WE BUILT“Pick a line”: build a product, get sandbox keys, partner with us, or existing customer.
WHYDevelopers want keys, buyers want sales and customers want support. Asking first sends each one the right way.
- CHANGE 6 OF 6 · ROUTING
Enquiries that reach the right team
WHAT WE BUILTEach line sends its enquiry to the team that handles it: sales, developers, partners or support.
WHYNobody has to sort the inbox before a buyer hears back.
The work is ongoing, and we will share results once Omniwire signs off.
Until then, this page describes only what we built. We do not publish a client's numbers without their sign-off.
Start with the free test.
Ten questions about how your leads come in and what happens next. You get a free result straight away, and a full plan with a review of your own site if you want it.
Get the same teardown on your site.
In a Leak Audit we record a walk through your site as a buyer, then send a ranked list of what to change and why. You can make the changes yourself, or have us rebuild it with you.
A full rebuild is part of the website overhaul, priced after a short conversation.
